           This can be done by finalizing the Assimilation Program designed specifically for that local church, then host a “ALL Leadership Training Event” which would include ALL staff leadership, Volunteer leadership, Lay Leaders, Elders, Small Group Leaders, & other roles served. These events would include training classes combined with team building activities that will insure success for the coming months as the church implements its New Assimilation Program. Then as new leaders are promoted & appointed, these new leaders are trained first of the Assimilation Program which will insure continues success if the process.
