F. A. Q’s.

How do I get my church to grow?

Most churches, if they have anything going for themselves at all have the basic’s;  good worship, motivated teaching/preaching, and a children’s ministry, with these basics you  will have anywhere from 200-500 or even possibly a 1000 in attendance. These churches may come to a plat toe after 4-6 years, but without realizing they may have 5-10 or 20-30 new visitors a week, 80-100 new visitors a month, 1000-1200 new visitors a year, but unable to close the back door of losing as many as they are gaining, thus remaining at the same attendance of the year before and the year before that?

Answer:

At Church Growth Consultant we are committed to principles that will build a church anywhere or anyplace. With implementing our Assimilation Program into your congregation, true growth with structure and stability for generations to come.

How do I get Volunteers? How do I keep my volunteers?

When a church begins everyone is willing to work, pitch-in, and serve where-ever and when-ever, and most times volunteering in 2-3 different areas of ministry along with Leaders wearing several different ministry hats simultaneously. As a church grows, if an assimilation program is not implemented, this same ministry principle is adopted as “the way things get done” which is widely known as the 20-80 principle. Where 20% of the people do 80% of the work. When this is par for the course for a congregation, volunteers and leadership will have a high turnover rate due this ministry philosophy but the end result for both volunteer and leadership is ministry “burn-out!” These “burned out” volunteers will not show up one Sunday, and never return due to being “burned-out.”

Answer:

I believe with all my heart 80% of the body wants to do 100% of the work set before a congregation! With a strategic aggressive Assimilation Program where volunteers are recruited properly, trained adequately, and delegated into ONE ministry area for a specific time period, with attending one service and volunteering one service, these workers will remain for years.
