Church Growth Consultant was born in the heart of Founder and President, Christopher Watts Sr.  out of the sheer necessity of laboring to a point of burnout in a 1000 member church after being asked to assume the role of Children’s Ministry Pastor, one in which I had little experience of.  I had been doing a study of Exodus 18 in previous years, but never implemented any of its criteria within those few verses. But after 6 months of doing the work alone, no training by upper management/leadership, no volunteers, in desperation I called out to God and he revealed the strategies now employed by Church Growth Consultant.  I complied a children’s church service outline, developed a recruitment system, then training classes for new volunteers every 3 months, and accountability of leadership which insured successful management of our volunteer base.   From that point I developed 7 other ministry areas, developed Policy and Procedure Manuals used for training new volunteers, perfected recruitment strategies, trained leadership of the principles with a built in accountability system of Volunteer Management which is the foundation which I teach today.
